A file of operator details is held by Herschel. This contains details of your shopfloor employees, and is maintained using the operator tool:



The information held about each employee is as follows:

 

Operator Number

The operator’s number. This is used to identify the operator.

First Name

The operator’s first name(s).

Last Name

The operator’s last name.

Department

The department in which the operator works.

Greeting Name

The greeting name to use for the operator.

Payment Reference

The operator’s payment reference.
