In order to accurately calculate when items are required, Herschel needs to know which days are non-working. Separate files of non-working days are maintained for both in-house production and external vendors.
These files are maintained using the non-working days tool, and should contain any dates you or your vendors are not working (e.g. weekends and national holidays):
To speed up the entry of non-working days the option includes a page to automatically add many days into the non-working days file, for example all Saturdays and Sundays up until the end of the year:
