To keep Herschel running quickly it's important to periodically delete old purchase orders and archive purchase receipts.
The delete & transfer old items option deletes and archives your purchasing data, up to a date you specify. Note - Herschel keeps your purchase receipt details forever, and you can analyse them in the History module:
