From version 12.0027 onwards, Herschel can automatically attach a copy of your terms and conditions to any sales and purchase orders you email from within the system.
To use this feature, create PDF files of your terms and conditions, and save them with the following filenames:

\HERSCHEL_V12\Version_12_System_Files\V12_Tailored_Documents\Sales_Order_Terms_And_Conditions.PDF |

\HERSCHEL_V12\Version_12_System_Files\V12_Tailored_Documents\Purchase_Order_Terms_And_Conditions.PDF |
If you don't want to attach any terms and conditions, just delete the PDFs.
