You can check which version you're currently running by looking in the main Herschel window:
You'll find a complete version history and installation tips at the bottom of this page, as well as an encrypted zip file containing an upgrade for your system.
If you have Herschel support, download the zip file and then email support@herschel.co.uk to obtain a password. This will allow you to extract Herschel_V12_Upgrade.exe from the zip file.
When nobody is using Herschel, run the upgrade program Herschel_v12_Upgrade.exe and follow the straightforward on-screen instructions.
